Join 4,000 people in a Record Breaking Relay Run at the Mile End Stadium to raise money for Save the Childrens Gaza Appeal. Make history, make a difference!

               

Race into the Guinness Book of Records and help raise £400,000 in 24 hours for Save the Childrens Gaza Appeal. We need 4,000 participants to break the world record for the ? Most People Running 100 Metres in a 24 hour Relay (Guinness Book of Records official title).

               

The current record was set in Latvia in October 2008, in which 3,807 people participated. Help bring this record to London.

               

CRITERIA
You must be able to run 100 metres in or around 20 seconds and raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship, which will go directly as humanitarian aid to the children of Gaza. (IF or Save the Children will not be taking any administrative costs out of money raised).

               

DATE
Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th May 2009
The event will commence at 12:00pm and end at 12:00pm the following day.

                               

VENUE
Mile End Stadium
Rhodeswell Rd, Poplar, London E14 7TW.
The nearest tube station is Mile End (Central and District lines).
Mile End Stadium is located behind Mile End Leisure Centre.
